Indra is a litigation-focused lawyer with extensive experience in both commercial and criminal matters. He has been involved in a wide range of legal sectors and has handled several high-profile criminal cases, including the bribery and gratification case involving the leadership of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Tulungagung, the allowance corruption case at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), and the provincial grant fund corruption case in East Java. He also represented the former Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in filing a lawsuit before the Jakarta Administrative Court.
Indra is also active in handling business competition cases, most recently handling a case involving interest rate setting at an online lending company (Fintech P2P Lending). In addition to his litigation practice, Indra advises clients on various non-litigation matters, including business and corporate commercial services, corporate restructuring, public policy and regulatory matters, legal drafting, legal audits, corporate legal risk management, and competition and antitrust issues.
Indra earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jember and his Master of Laws from Trisakti University.
